Holiday Workshops
Dynamic Performing Arts workshops provide focused dance and musical theatre tuition designed to develop children’s technical skills, confidence, creativity and performance abilities.
Throughout each workshop, children take part in structured sessions in dance, singing, drama and musical theatre, developing new skills and putting them into practice through rehearsal and performance.
Parents, family and friends are invited to join us at the end of each session for a short performance, giving children the opportunity to demonstrate the skills and techniques they have developed during the day.
Our workshops are led by DBS-checked industry professionals, providing specialist instruction and guidance in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Everyone is welcome! Children do not need to be current Dynamic Performing Arts pupils to attend. Whether they are experienced performers or completely new to dance and musical theatre, our workshops provide an opportunity to learn, develop and improve their performing arts skills.
Please note: Full-day workshops are available for children aged 5 years and over. Children under 5 may attend our 3-hour half-day workshops only.
Workshop Booking Information.
All workshop places must be booked in advance through our secure online booking system, Pebble.
Please ensure your child brings:
1. Water bottle, snack and packed lunch – please note, we operate a nut-free policy.
2. Trainers and comfortable, loose-fitting clothing such as a T-shirt and trousers. Please do not wear open-toe shoes, boots or wellies. Dressing up to match the workshop theme is encouraged!
3. Any required medication or allergy information – please let a member of the team know at drop-off.
Drop-Off & Collection
The hall entrance will open at 9:30am.
Full Day: Drop-off 9:30am | Collection 3:00pm - 5 years +
Half Day: Drop-off 9:30am | Collection 12:30pm - 4 year olds only.
Dance Intensive Workshops will run at differnt times.
Please use the front entrance of the hall for both drop-off and collection. For security, the entrance doors will remain locked during the workshop.
Showcase Performance
Each workshop will finish with a short showcase performance during the final 15 minutes, giving children the opportunity to demonstrate the skills they have developed during the session. Parents, family and friends are welcome to watch!
